I acted as the strategic lead for Macy’s Beauty portfolio, overseeing omnichannel campaigns across social, email, print, broadcast, and in-store channels to ensure cohesive brand storytelling. I partnered with global and emerging beauty brands, optimizing campaign placements, securing high-impact social exposure, and capitalizing on trending moments to maximize reach. I also designed and executed marquee events like quarterly flash sales.

As campaign lead, I developed and executed major seasonal and tactical initiatives, including Pride Month, Black History Month, holiday gifting (Mother’s/Father’s Day, Christmas), Halloween, gift-with-purchase activations for Lancôme, Clinique, and Estée Lauder, flash sales, National Lipstick Day, fragrance spotlights, and Black Friday promotions—ensuring campaigns were strategically timed and delivered maximum impact.

These efforts generated $205M in revenue, $5.3M in a single-day flash sale event, secured Lancôme as Macy’s #1 beauty brand, and delivered 742M social impressions (+73% YoY).
